it's been so long since I posted! Sad, sad, sad. But here I am. So here's the pose.
It's called Stork Pose.
Step 1: stand up tall.
Step 2: hold your arms in prayer position at your chest.
Step 3: stretch one arm out to the side.
Step 4: lift one leg and hold it bent and put the sole of your foot up against your inner thigh.
Step 5: hold it for five seconds and then switch legs and arms.
Have fun trying it!
