Yoga Pose 2

Hello: Here is yoga pose number 2.


warrior pose


Lunge forward with one knee bent.
arms stretched out to the side
hold for fifteen seconds
switch legs.

Hello!


Yogagirl is a person I created because there probably isn't another blogspot blog for girl's yoga! I welcome the idea with open arms and hope you do too.

Tree Pose

Stand totally still.
Lift one leg to your knee.
Turn your knee out.
Fold your hands as if praying in front of your chest.

Hold for ten seconds.
Repeat with other leg.
