Yoga Pose 4

Hello friends.

This post is two things: your new pose, and my definition of the week (that might not get posted every SINGLE week).

So let's start with the pose. Please take off any belts, glasses, jewelery, and socks that you might be wearing.

Step 1: stand with your feet shoulder width apart.

Step 2: bend down and touch the floor with your palms flat on the ground.

Step 3: walk your hands forward.

Step 4: move your hands in until you can stand with your feet flat on the ground.
This is DOWNWARD DOG pose.
Do this pose every day and walk your hands forward a little eensy bit each time so you can become more flexible. The goal is: 2 feet from toe tips to hand heels in 3 weeks. comment to me if you make the goal in deadline!!!!

Definition:

Mantra: a chant or saying that is repeated either in your head or in a whisper. Once said/thought while you inhale, once said/thought while you exhale.

My mantra is: Strength, beauty, intelligence.
