Sad, sad, sad. But here I am. Please take off any belts, glasses, jewelery, and socks that you might be wearing. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 1: stand with your feet shoulder width apart.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 2: bend down and touch the floor with your palms flat on the ground. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 3: walk your hands forward.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 4: move your hands in until you can stand with your feet flat on the ground. &lt;br /&gt;This is DOWNWARD DOG pose.&lt;br /&gt;Do this pose every day and walk your hands forward a little eensy bit each time so you can become more flexible. The goal is: 2 feet from toe tips to hand heels in 3 weeks. comment to me if you make the goal in deadline!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Definition:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mantra: a chant or saying that is repeated either in your head or in a whisper.
